See Local ("we", "us", "our") operates self-guided sightseeing tours in New Zealand. Tour instructions are delivered to customers via WhatsApp after booking.

2. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing a tour or using our WhatsApp-based tour service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.
3. Our Service
We provide step-by-step sightseeing instructions sent to your WhatsApp number. You follow the tour at your own pace, at a time that suits you. You must have an active WhatsApp account to receive tour instructions.
4. Booking
Tours are purchased via the See Local website or via our partners like Viator or GetYourGuide. Once your booking is confirmed, we will send your tour instructions to the WhatsApp number you provide.
5. Use of Tour Content
Tour instructions and content are for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, resell, or distribute tour content without our written permission.
6. Photos
If you choose to share photos with us during or after your tour, you grant See Local a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use those photos for promotional purposes (such as on our website or social media). You can withdraw this permission at any time by contacting us at info@seelocal.nz.
7. Safety and Liability
Our tours are self-guided. You are responsible for your own safety, and for complying with all local laws, road rules, and site-specific rules during your tour. See Local is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage occurring during a tour.
8. Refunds and Cancellations
Contact us anytime before starting the tour for a full refund. Contact us within 24 hours after starting the tour for a full refund if you are not 100% happy with the experience.
9. Changes to These Terms

10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
