How to Delete Your Data
If you have used See Local's WhatsApp tour service and would like us to delete your personal information, please follow these steps:
- Send an email to info@seelocal.nz
- Use the subject line: Data Deletion Request
- Include the following in your message:
- Your name or nickname
- Your phone number (used with WhatsApp)
- Your email address (if provided at booking time)
What Happens Next
We will process your request within 30 days and confirm once your data has been deleted.
What We Will Delete
Upon request, we will permanently delete:
- Your phone number
- Your nickname
- Your email address
- Any photos you shared with us
Please Note
We may need to retain certain information for a limited period where required by New Zealand law (for example, for tax or legal compliance purposes). We will let you know if this applies to your request.
